What we collect, and why.
When you use the contact or newsletter forms, we receive the details you type — your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your project. We use them for exactly one purpose: replying to you, and — if you asked for field notes — sending the monthly letter.
We never sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are stored in our studio dashboard and in our inbox; newsletter addresses live with our mailing provider until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter in one click.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. To have your details corrected or deleted, write to hello@pinewickportraits.com and we will do it within fourteen days.
